Does Dash work with my existing POS?

Yes, Dash works alongside your existing POS. There’s no new hardware required (since Dash is completely digital), and no need to replace the POS you’re already using. Dash simply helps you manage all your online ordering channels in one place. You can easily import the same menu used in your current POS, into Dash.

What devices do I need to manage my orders?

To manage your orders using Dash, you only need an iPad running the Dash app. Our web-based dashboard allows you to manage your menus, pricing & sales data, all from any computer or tablet connected to WiFi.

How does it work with my kitchen & printer?

In Dash, you can create custom routes to multiple kitchens. Once those routes are set, you can link kitchen printers in the Dash app to map with the correct kitchens. That’s it! From there, orders will all be routed to the correct kitchen printer, or to a Kitchen Display System that’s included with your Dash account.

I already have Postmates, DoorDash, UberEats, etc. How is Dash any different/better?

Instead of having to juggle one tablet for UberEats, another for DoorDash, yet another for Postmates, and maybe even a fourth tablet for orders through your website, Dash syncs activity across all your order & delivery channels in one place.
